Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy

At PrintCrafts by Nat, each personalised item is handmade especially for you. Because many of our products are custom made using the name, wording, colours, design or theme you select, they cannot simply be returned and resold.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Personalised & Custom-Made Items

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind on personalised or custom-made products.

This includes situations where:

• You change your mind after ordering.

• You no longer require the item.

• You selected the incorrect size, colour, design or personalisation.

• A name, date, phrase or other information was entered incorrectly when ordering.

• You decide you would prefer a different design after your item has been made.

Please carefully check all personalisation details before submitting your order.

Personalisation Errors

Your item will be created using the information provided with your order.

Please check the spelling of names, dates and wording carefully before completing checkout.

If we make an error when creating your item, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate replacement or remedy.

If the item has been created correctly using the information supplied with your order, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for an error in the information provided by the customer.

Handmade Products

Our products are handmade individually rather than mass produced.

Small variations in stitching, embroidery placement, fabric pattern placement and finishing may naturally occur between products. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not generally considered faults.

We take great care to ensure each item meets our quality standards before it is sent to you.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Cancellations

Because personalised orders are made specifically for you, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order.

If we have not yet started creating your personalised item, we may be able to make changes or cancel your order.

Once production or personalisation has commenced, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photos showing the problem.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For minor problems, we may be entitled to provide a repair or other appropriate remedy.
